| Email the Team allows you to send out an email to everyone on the team all at once. Since everyone can maintain their own email addresses, and can have up to 3 email addresses per person, this is much easier than maintaining an address book and email 'group'. One click to begin writing your email, and one more click and the entire team will receive your email all at once. | utMail is a mail system within your UltimateTeam.net website. You can mail one or more people on the team and reply to messages sent to you. Anywhere you can log into UltimateTeam.net, you can get your utMail. UltimateTeam.net will notify you by regular email anytime a message has been sent to you. With utMail you never have to worry about spam or missing an email because it is a closed system just for you and your team. My Information (+Add Contacts) |

This feature alone is reason enough to love UltimateTeam.net. Every team member can now maintain their own contact information. Entries include name, address, up to 3 phone numbers and 3 email addresses, and many more. In addition, team members can add additional contacts, such as family members or spouses, who can also maintain their own information and log into UltimateTeam.net. This information is then used to feed the printable roster and all the online roster views, and the printable roster.
Coach & Admins: You can view, enter, and edit this information for your players and families, or you can let them do it themselves. You simply need to add a roster spot for a player and give them a login and they are off and running. | | back to top^ | UltimateTeam.net home |

College Management |

Note: The College Management feature is an additional $79.95 per team. This feature must be enabled by the person in charge of managing your UltimateTeam.net team website. This feature must be purchased by all teams purchasing or renewing after 10/01/2006. Once purchased, managers can enable this feature in the 'Team Options' page.
UltimateTeam.net has worked with Division I, II, and III coaches to help develop a management tool to assist you in this process.
You first start by listing your colleges of choice. As you enter information about the college and athletic program you rank the college based on many different criteria. This is your chance to be honest with yourself about how you fit with a college, and how that college fits with you. Once you complete you list of colleges, UltimateTeam.net will show you a color dashboard display to help you see how the colleges all match up against each other in every category.
Once you have colleges entered there are more tools to help you. You can keep track of which colleges you have been in contact with, who has your application and transcripts, and save detailed running notes on every school you enter. The notes are your personal diary of information and activity relating to that school. UltimateTeam.net has also provided a place for you to make notes to yourself that require follow-up. Enter in a To-Do item and set the due date, next time you visit your 'My Colleges' page you will see your list of To-Do items, and the ones past due will be red, reminding you to take action!
The UltimateTeam.net College Management package also includes the Detailed Profile feature that lets you enter all the information important to a college interested in you (see Detailed Profiles for more information). Remember, Detailed Profiles give you your own personal webpage that provides all your important information, and highlights your achievements. Colleges and Coaches want you, they just need to know more about you!
By filling out the information in the Detailed Profile area you are providing others outside of UltimateTeam.net a way to view information about you. The Detailed Profile contains details about your athletic and academic activities, and provides a way to showcase your accomplishments.
Fill out the Detailed Profile and then preview it to see exactly what others will see. On the Detailed Profile page your personal URL to your Detailed Profile will be displayed. Copy and past your Detailed Profile URL into an email or document, or give this URL to anyone to view your information.
Each player maintains their own Detailed Profile. Detailed Profiles can not be maintained by anyone other than the player.
Remember, the person seeing your information does not need to log into UltimateTeam.net, so only enter in data you wish to share.
You can make your Detailed Profile accessible, or you can hide it if you wish. You also have control over showing all your contact information, or showing just a primary email address.
This is a powerful feature that helps you to promote yourself to your intended audience.
Detaile Profiles are a feature provided along with the College Management package (see College Managment for more information)
Note: This is an add-on feature that must be enabled by the person who manages your team information on UltiamteTeam.net. Ask them to turn it on under the 'team options' page. Once enabled you will have access to create your detailed profile. This feature is free for all teams who have an active subscription as of 10/01/2006, and will remain free until the current subscription runs out. | You are able to maintain your own team information which adds a nice touch to the site once you log in. Your team name, logo, and colors can be customized, as well as your welcome banner that sits atop every page. You can also enter information pertaining to your club, school, League, etc. Besides information you can enter, this is the page that shows the current status of your UltimateTeam.net account. | After you set up your team, the first thing you want to do is let everyone know that they have access to UltimateTeam.net. "Send UltimateTeam.net Login Information" is the quickest way to let everyone know how to access UltimateTeam.net. By going to "team options" on your left hand menu, you will bring up your team options and setup page, from here, you can click on the link to "Send UltimateTeam.net Login Information to Everyone ". This function will gather all the information you have entered, and send the personal login information to everyone who has a login and an email address. If you like you can add a custom message that will be displayed in the email along with the login information. Journals are a great tool for players and coaches alike. Players can make unlimited entries into their journal to track their training, conditioning, nutrition, or whatever else they want to track. Players can view their journals on a daily or monthly basis, and can even email the contents out of UltimateTeam.net to any email address.

Nothing is more important to an athlete than setting goals and working towards them. The My Goals feature allows athletes to set their top 5 goals, and their next action item towards achieving them. The top 3 goals are displayed to the player every time they log in, acting as a constant reminder and reinforcement to where they are headed.
Coaches and Admins: Coaches can view the goals and action items for each athlete. This give the coach a great tool toward understanding where an athlete is headed, and gives them the ability to adjust and help to make each athlete successful. In addition to the practice schedule an athlete can view the current homework assigned if their coach has assigned them something to work on away from the team. | The Team Forum is a place for anyone to post a topic, and everyone else to respond to it and discuss it. This is a great tool for an ongoing group discussion about any topic under the sun. The Team Forum is a great bonding tool, and a great way for informal information to flow throughout the team. Clicking on anyone on the roster will give you a detailed view of that persons information and all the contacts associated with that person. Team News is a way to keep the team informed of anything that might pertain to them. A Coach or Admin might post information about an up and coming tournament, or a change in plans. In fact you are free to post anything you like. When an UltimateTeam.net member logs in the last 5 Team News items are immediately visible. Team News can be as long as you like, and you can create as many as you like…so there are no limits as to how you might use this tool.

UltimateTeam.net has a full Team Calendar to keep everyone informed of important dates and events. Simple click on a day and see exactly what is scheduled. When someone logs into UltimateTeam.net they see the next 5 event dates and their events immediately. Events can be one time events, or recurring. This is a flexible tool that can be viewed many ways, all with the intention of keeping everyone informed of things to come.

| Many times things come up where the coach wants to take a vote. Simple as it sounds, it is sometimes difficult to get everyone’s opinion and keep track of their response. The Team Poll feature lets a coach pose a question and offer up to 7 answers. When an athlete logs into UltimateTeam.net they will see the latest poll right on the front page. Athletes can then respond to the poll and see the summary results of everyone’s vote. Who is going to be available for extra training on Saturday? Now you can ask the question, athletes can vote, and you get the answers quick and easy. | There is always something we need to be reminded about. Be it turning in paperwork or monthly dues, or any number of things you might need to turn into someone, there is now a tool to help us all. Once you have fulfilled this requirement, the Coach or Admin will tick your name off the list and the reminder will disappear. Simple, and easy, but very effective. These privileges are most commonly given to Coaches and Team Administrators who will post and update ongoing information for a team. Polls, Team News, The Team Calendar, Requirements, viewing Journals, etc. all require Administrative privileges. Administrative privileges can be granted to anyone, and can be taken away as well. You must have at least one person with Administrative privileges in order to get the full benefit of UltimateTeam.net. | Sometimes the time a team together has a defined life, and sometimes a team takes on a life of its own. For those teams who are together a short period of time, and only need the basic features, then the Basic 6 month pass is perfect. The Basic 6 month pass is value priced for a shorter season, and is in fact renewable. If your team is a year-round team then you may want the Advanced Annual pass. The Advanced Annual pass allows you an advanced feature set that caters to competative teams. The Advanced Annual Pass is used by Club, Travel, High School, and College teams.
